THE END-ALL TRACK CALIBRATION FOR YOUR N55.
We've been tracking and developing N55 cars for years and one thing has always been trouble: the torque curve. The N55 is a TORQUE MONSTER, which makes it a fun ride for the street, and fun for passengers, too. But on a circuit, we want linear, usable power that climbs to redline, and a throttle that can be modulated between 10-90% input. Tall order? Yes, if you're just running Off The Shelf (OTS) tunes, which is why we've teamed up with the motorsport tuning team, Bend Calibration.
Together, we've successfully dialed out the low-end torque spike and have a base calibration unlike any other on the market.
With the right chassis tuning and dampers, available through us, the F87 M2 OG puts this power down with ease, and we're able to build power in a linear curve to redline at 535 hp to the wheels.This is all done on stock clutch, stock engine with the right hardware. In contrast, you'll see "Mode 2" -- this is full torque, letting the turbo behave as it wants to, which makes the F8x M cars impossible to tame on track, but if you want it, it's there, at the press of a button with on-the-fly map switching.
We recommend running Flex Fuel, so you'll be clear to run anywhere from pump 91/93 octane to upwards of E80, depending on your fuel system. We'll work with you every step of the way to ensure your calibration is suited perfectly to your car, your modifications and your preferences.
