Returns
Order Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to do so. After 48 hours, cancellations will no longer be accepted. This helps us provide you with the best possible service with production planning and sourcing of special order parts when needed. Not all products are eligible for returns including, special order (all third party parts), customized parts (colors, finishes), or select products (harness bars).
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to have your order details ready to ensure a smooth cancellation process.
Return Conditions:
Eligibility: All parts sold through SUB2 are special order and therefore not eligible for returns.
Customized/Coated Products: Customized or coated products, such as harness bars, are made to order and, as such, are non-returnable.
Software: Due to the nature of digital goods, downloadable software products cannot be returned or refunded.
Restocking Fee: In rare instances, should a return be accepted, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For high-value items, we advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
1. Request Authorization:
Within 30 days of receipt, email alex@sub2speedhouse.com with proof of purchase to request a return for eligible items in their original, unused condition and packaging.
2. Receive RMA Number:
You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if your request is approved.
3. Ship the Product:
Return the item to the address below with the RMA number marked:

4. Provide Tracking Information:
Forward the tracking number to us. We are not responsible for locating shipments without tracking information.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 7-14 days post-inspection.
Compatibility Issues or Damages:
We are not liable for any damages that may occur from the use of our products. We will not cover any consequential, incidental, or related costs, including those resulting from both direct and indirect use of our products. Only defective items, verified as such and used in accordance with proper installation and conditions, are eligible for replacement. We do not assume responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged due to a product defect. This policy includes but is not limited to, exclusions like duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for shipments outside the United States. Any replacements will be sent exclusively to the original shipping address on record for the purchase.
Lost Shipments:
SUB2 Speedhouse always ships with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery. If a package is confirmed to be lost in transit, a claim will be opened and a replacement part will be shipped (pending availability)
Damaged Shipments:
If a package arrives visibly damaged, we ask that you refuse the delivery and take immediate photographs. Please get in touch with us immediately, so we can evaluate the situation and guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue promptly. We may request the damaged item to be returned to us at our expense. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent with the same shipping method.
Non-Receipt of Delivered Packages:
We understand that sometimes a package may be marked as delivered by the carrier, but you might not have received it. In such rare cases, if the carrier confirms the delivery status, our ability to assist further is limited. It is up to the customer to receive the items and make any necessary arrangements to help guarantee a delivery. If you feel like your location or circumstances need to allow for a safe delivery, please provide an alternate delivery address. To minimize potential issues, SUB2 Speedhouse advises clients to verify the accuracy of the shipping address, closely monitor the provided tracking information, and directly engage with the carrier if inconsistencies or issues are detected.
